• Account Data: When you sign up, we collect basic information such as your email address and authentication credentials (e.g., via OAuth providers like GitHub or Google).
• Payment Information: Payment details (credit card numbers, billing address) are collected and processed exclusively by our Merchant of Record (Polar.sh / Lemon Squeezy / Paddle). We do not store or process payment card data on our servers.
• Usage Data & Prompts: We collect input prompts and project parameters strictly to execute the requested AI analysis and generate reports.
• Local Code & Privacy: Our desktop application (powered by Tauri v2) generates code bases locally on your machine. Your local source code is not transmitted to, stored on, or analyzed by our central servers.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

• Provide, maintain, and optimize the Service.
• Execute multi-agent analysis and deliver generated reports.
• Enforce our Fair Use Policy and prevent system abuse.

3. Data Retention & Zero Training Policy

• We do not sell your personal data or business ideas to third parties.
• Your input prompts and business analysis data are never used to train public foundation models.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

• Vercel: Hosting, Edge functions, and serverless compute.
• Polar.sh / Lemon Squeezy / Paddle: Merchant of Record, subscription billing, and tax compliance.
• LLM API Providers: Secure API calls executed exclusively for analysis generation.
