1. Service Overview

Idea Analyzer provides an AI-driven multi-agent platform for business idea analysis, metrics generation, pitch deck creation, and software scaffolding. Software code generation is executed locally on the user's machine via our Tauri-based desktop application.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

All financial transactions, billing, subscriptions, and invoicing are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Polar.sh (or equivalent merchant partner).

• Billing: By subscribing to the Pro Plan ($19/month) or purchasing Lifetime Access, you authorize our Merchant of Record to charge your designated payment method.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial purchases. For full details on cancellations and refunds, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Fair Use Policy (Protection Against Abuse)

To ensure system stability, prevent automated scraping, and protect server resources, all "Unlimited" plans are subject to our Fair Use Policy:

• Users are allocated up to 30 full project analysis cycles per calendar month.
• Any automated scripts, API abuse, or attempts to bypass rate limits will result in immediate temporary suspension or termination of the account without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

• Your Content: You retain 100% full ownership, title, and intellectual property rights to any ideas, prompts, data, and generated software code produced through your use of the Service.
• Our Content: The Service’s core logic, multi-agent architecture, UI design, and underlying routing algorithms remain the exclusive property of the Company.

The Service, generated reports, metrics, and code bases are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or financial losses resulting from business decisions made based on generated outputs.
